1991 Bendigo Nationals

December 1990   Festivities in our motel room in Bendigo before the Nationals begin. 1990 0098 a It's new year's eve and we have a raging party in the McIntyre's room. Art holds court. He finds it easy to entertain an audience
The party rages until 10 past midnight. The last pic of this plane, my first built in America. I had sold it to John McIntyre, he was flying it the next day and a hawk attacked it in flight. The plane crashed and was destroyed. The Concourse showing. This is where pilots vote for their favourite plane.
Enthralled spectators enjoy the spectacle as well. Outside our motel rooms. Wednesday January 3, 1990   We take a short trip to Sovereign Hill in Ballarat. Wednesday is a non-competition day. It's a bit windy but interesting.
Val attracts the attentions of a couple of old-timers. 1990 0109 a The lady in the red shirt is part of our KMFC group. Her husband is called Bryan but I don't remember her name. The coach ride is fun.
John Elias makes sure none of the ladies escape. At the tea rooms. Scoreboard for Old Time Stunt Scoreboard for Expert. I come fifth again. I fly pretty well with m,y crashed and rebuilt plane.
