The best thing that happens all year is right now. I see an ad in the paper about a new Landcom release at Mount Colah and a few of the more expensive blocks are still available. I rush to the Landcom office at Castle Hill, hoping all the way there, that the block is still for sale and it is, and I buy it. This is the view across the valley from the back of the block.
