Most of the stained glass was destroyed during WWII but this one survived. The cathedral is known for its incredible stained glass windows and worth a visit for that alone. It offers an unusual mix of 1920s art nouveau stained glass windows, alongside gothic ornamentation. The most famous windows, located in the northern end of the nave, were designed by painter Alfons Mucha, a Bohemian and Czech painter, illustrator, and graphic artist, living in Paris during the Art Nouveau period,
