Sunday, 12 March 2023 Sunday, 12 March we drive to Neive in Italy via Imperia. Sussie decided to take the scenic route rather that the motorway. Gosh, narrow roads & lots of tunnels; it's still winter, so technically (apparently) the car should have snow chains (Sussie is hoping we are not stopped). This picture is Imperia not long after leaving the motorway. The autoroutes in these parts of France & Italy are amazing; they are built above & through the landscape...I lost count of the tunnels we went through. Sometimes the elevation of the roads is quite daunting!
