More weathered rock. Possibly Chert?
"Chert" and "flint" are names used for the same material.

These rocks were laid down in the Early Permian which was the last period of the Paleozoic Era. It began 298.9 million years ago and ended 252.2 million years ago. The period ended in the largest mass extinction the Earth has ever known.
