Mid year 1987  I go to Los Angels, Dallas-Fort Worth and Miami to conduct a couple of seminars for the customer services people there. I choose these places because they have large numbers of "I Series" systems here. I also think about going to New York city but decide against it on safety grounds. I may have gone to Detroit as well.
