The next decade starts rather poorly. After horrendous bushfires and heat end flying for the summer, we finally get a good day.
2The death of Draco 3 1 February, 2020
A brief moment after Paul launches the plane, it takes off and is totally uncontrollable. I do maybe a quarter circle before it crashes.
3The death of Draco 3 1 February, 2020
While it is in the air, I have not the slightest idea as to what is happening. It turns out I have connected the lines the wrong way around: up is down and down is up. Rookie mistake of the worst kind.
4The death of Draco 3 1 February, 2020
My motorcycle accident last year was completely my own fault because I had lost concentration. Now this, exactly the same reason. This is a bit of a worry.
5The death of Draco 3 1 February, 2020
I try to repair the plane but it is too badly damaged. Reluctantly, I take the bits I need and put the rest in the garbage.

The parts will go towards my second build of this decade. The RO-Jett 67 survives although it has ingested some dirt. Note: there is debate as to whether this is the last year of the twenty-teens of the first year of the twenty-twenties. To me, counting starts at "0".
7Building the G-Max 61 April 2020
After the disaster of losing my Draco 3, and deciding I cannot repair it, I move on to my next project: Building the G-Max Stalker 61.
I finally finish this plane in early 2022. This has been a long slow build.

23 February 2022 Centurion II
The delays started with Covid and practically no flying at all in 2020 although I did get a couple of flights with an older model.

23 February 2022 Centurion II
More Covid, spinal surgery, two years of El Niño flooding and rheumatoid arthritis cause more delays but I finally get it finished in 2022.

23 February 2022 Centurion II
It is powered by a RO-Jett 67 with an Eather 12.8 C/F prop up front. Unfortunately it's overweight at 72 ounces.

10 April 2022 Centurion II
A couple of months after finishing it, I finally get to fly it. My arthritis in my feet stops me from having more than one partial flight. About all I can say is that it seems to have plenty of thrust.
